We are a small family owned restaurant specializing in comfort American food. Pablo has 20 years of cooking experience. His dream was always to open his own restaurant! With the help of his wife and close friends, he was able to make his dream come true. His passion is cooking fresh cooked meals to the best of his ability. Pablo always says, ” If I won’t eat it, I most certainly will not serve it to my customers.” He strives for fresh cooked meals, good presentation, and more than anything delicious flavor! The Tipsy Cowboy is located in the heart of Belton, TX, and we can’t wait to serve each and every one of you!
Our chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, chicken strips, and fried catfish are hand battered fresh to order. Our fries are fresh cut daily. A large majority of our menu consists of freshly cooked foods made from scratch daily.
